We are CANCELLING / POSTPONING the LBTQ Women's Mixer at The Tippler (originally scheduled for Tuesday, March 10, 2020).

As NY State and City officials declare states of emergency, and council "social distancing" and reduced use of public transit, large events become problematic. We will reschedule at a better time.

We are a community that cares for one another. We understand you may feel your personal risk is low or have a different view about how to respond to the risks and uncertainties that we face. Please understand this is a conservative measure that will decrease any potential impacts on the larger community, such as spreading the virus to those who are more vulnerable.

Previously scheduld as a fun, after work LBTQ Women's Mixer on Tuesday, March 10 6-8:30 PM at the beautiful Tippler Bar, inside Chelsea Market.  Beautiful venue. 

The Tippler is a large and airy space under Chelsea Market, with beautiful exposed red brick walls, wooden pub tables, reclaimed water tower wood and train rails from the nearby High Line, wrought-iron accents, antique furnishings and vintage library decor.

The Tippler serves beer (from $6 draft, $7 bottles), wine and a variety of specialty cocktails as well as tasty bar food.

Well-behaved children are welcome at tables. (Must be 21+ to sit at the bar).  The Tippler is a restaurant and serves food as well. 

There is wheelchair access from inside Chelsea Market, for those who need. Contact Natasha -- preferably in advance.  If you decide last-minute please call The Tippler and request access.

The mixer is organized by Yale GALA, Inc. (Natasha) and Princeton BTGALA (Shawn Cowls).
